About Arrington Heights LLC - The Expert in Home Inspections...

Thank you for choosing Arrington Heights LLC. I know there are many businesses out there. I am Bryan Arrington, and I was born and raised in Twin Falls, ID. As a little kid, the family business (my dad’s, dad) owned Arrington Brothers Construction. I lived a short field away from the home base, and I loved going over there often, helping the workers out as much as a little boy can. That is how I learned what it takes to build homes and businesses. As I got older, I was able to do a lot of hands-on work, which broadened my understanding of this industry even more. When I was a teen, Arrington Brothers went on its own. The original building changed its name to “Stare Corporation”, which is still in business and run by my cousin, Mike Arrington. I still did a lot of work for my grandpa Lewis until my mission.
I got back from my mission after serving 2 years in Illinois. I would help my uncle Dan, who was the owner of Arrington Brothers Construction at the time, but couldn't do it full-time because of health issues. When I turned 25, I married the LOVE of my life, Emily Kipping Arrington, and went on to have three wonderful children. The oldest to youngest: Ambree, Adarah, and Jarom. They are old enough now, and I hope to incorporate them into Arrington Heights LLC as I build my clientele.
For 6 years, starting in 2019, I taught homeowners how to build their own home from the ground up. That taught me many important life and construction lessons. One would be that when the problem looks impossible, it really isn't. Step away and take a break for a little while, and come back with fresh eyes. Every time I did that, I figured out how to fix the problem.
While working with the homeowners, many types of inspections need to be conducted to ensure the home is being built correctly. For a while, I did not know there was a different kind of home inspection done after the home was built. This type of home inspection is for buyers who want a better understanding of what they are purchasing. I checked into it more, and what I saw, I thought to myself, “I could do that.” Some time passed, and, as many of us know, life got busy, so I didn’t proceed with home inspections. Many friends, family, and business owners kept saying I should really consider starting my own business and doing home inspections. I would also hear that I would be great at it. I remembered when I was considering offering home inspection services. I did some checking in on the demand, what it all meant to the community, and what a great thing it could be to offer my knowledge and services to everyone. I am not going to lie, but that thought made me feel very good inside. One thing that kept bothering me was how much companies were charging for a simple home inspection. Also, the ones who said they were InterNACHI certified were even more. I don’t think it's right to join an organized community to claim you are “Certified” so someone can charge more to compensate for the community's dues. I then found out that InterNACHI provides the training for free so that I can become trained in the ways. I jumped right onto it and became trained in the ways of InterNACHI. Now the charge for my services. I have only a few seconds to earn the trust. If I am way too “cheap” and have my prices much lower than everyone else's, people would glance over my business and not give me a chance, as I am not putting value into my presentation. I'm looking for a lower price with value. I offer modest rates and friendly service, in hopes of ensuring clients will receive value and professionalism in every inspection.
Thank you again for trusting Arrington Heights LLC; you will receive friendly service, attentive listening (even though I am hard of hearing), and buyer-friendly explanations and suggestions in your report. I want to confirm I will deliver on time. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

In the end, I leave you with a quote: “We may not have it all together, but together we have it all!"
